Olu Martins is a UN Zero Hunger Ambassador and digital transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in security, financial inclusion, and clean energy solutions. He pioneered Nigeria’s Electronic Customs Duty Clearance Certificate, redirecting $250 million annually, and developed a Digital Community Policing System to enhance public safety.

He introduced the CNG Convert Now, Pay Later Telematics Solution, enabling motorists to switch to clean energy with flexible payments. During the COVID-19 lockdown, he led a Buy Now, Pay Later initiative, supporting over 1,000 households with food access.

As Policy Advisor at OBA Global Citizens, Mr. Olu Martins will provide strategic guidance on policy development.

With extensive experience in security, financial inclusion, and clean energy solutions, he will play a key role in:

  1. Advising on policy frameworks that support sustainable agriculture, clean energy adoption, and green financing.
  2. Supporting advocacy efforts for policies that promote circular economy solutions, food security, and climate resilience.
  3. Leveraging his expertise in financial inclusion to design incentive-based models for carbon credit trading, digital financing, and clean energy adoption.

Through his advisory role, Mr. Olu Martins will help OBA Global Citizens navigate complex regulatory landscapes, strengthen policy advocacy, and drive impactful, scalable sustainability solutions.
